In February 2021, the city of Buenos Aires published a report on multi-dimensional poverty, using the consensual method. The work was carried out by the University of Bristol, the National University of General Sarmiento and the General Directorate of Statistics and Censuses for the City of Buenos Aires. The measurement system established will allow the City to measure multidimensional poverty on an ongoing basis from 17 indicators grouped in 5 dimensions:

• Food
• Health and care
• Housing and services
• Household equipment
• Social deprivation and education
